YourAI integrations

We listen first. Then we forge focused AI integrations — we call them kobolds — and place them precisely where your team is losing hours. It starts with Kiesel: a four-to-six-minute call, then a written analysis as a PDF. No pitch, no jargon.

002 / The Kobolds

Focused AI integrations. One job each. Done well.

Every kobold is a single, focused AI integration — built for one role and trained on the way you actually work. One listens. One writes. One answers. One keeps data moving between your tools. The dragon decides which kobolds your business actually needs — never more, never fewer.

003 / How we work

Four steps.
Plain talk.

Every engagement follows the same straightforward method. We listen before we suggest. We suggest before we build. We build small before we build more.

Step 01

The Conversation

You speak with Kiesel — our voice kobold. Four to six minutes on the phone about your team, your tools, and the tasks you would happily hand off. Afterwards, a written analysis arrives as a PDF.

Step 02

The Workshop

The dragon studies Kiesel's analysis and proposes which AI integrations would genuinely help. You receive a short, readable plan — one page, no acronyms, with concrete scope and a clear price.

Step 03

The Forging

We build the first kobold. Small, specific, trained on the way you actually work. You meet it, try it on real tasks, and tell us what feels off. We adjust.

Step 04

The Companionship

Your kobolds stay in service. We tune them as your business changes, add new ones only when they earn their keep, and the dragon is always on call.

005 / Talk to Kiesel

Four to six minutes
no pressure.

Talk to Kiesel — our voice kobold. Call him directly, or leave your number and he'll call back. A short, structured conversation in German about where AI could give your team time back. Afterwards, you receive a written analysis as a PDF. If there's something worth building, we'll tell you. If not, we'll tell you that too.
