How the call works

    Kiesel picks up after the first ring — a calm, human-sounding voice. No menu, no recording.

    He asks

    A few warm questions about your shop, your team, and the tasks quietly eating your week. Four to six minutes.

    He gives you a code

    At the end, Kiesel reads out a five-digit code, slowly. Write it down — it's your ticket to the analysis.

  4. 04
    You redeem the code

    On the redeem page, enter the code and your email. The written analysis arrives as a PDF, usually within minutes.
